Craig’s agricultural roots run five generations deep in the dairy industry. Born and raised in the Kansas Flint Hills, he brings extensive hands-on experience in ag machinery, forage production, dairy and beef cattle management, dairy goat management, and cheese making. His agricultural journey has taken him from the pastures of Kansas and Oklahoma to New England and even France.
A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, majoring in Animal Science, Craig has held a variety of roles across the industry — from herdsman on a large commercial dairy to a regional manager for a state Dairy Herd Improvement Association, and coordinator for a Farm Business Management Program. Before returning home to join his parents’ Grade A dairy and federally inspected cheese plant, Craig gained a unique perspective on both production and business operations.
Most recently, Craig retired early from Oklahoma State University, where he managed Information Technology for the Biosystems & Agricultural Engineering Department. Throughout his career, he has relied heavily on the Fastrack® system for herd health and the AgroVantage® program for forage production. His dedication to agricultural excellence has led him to exhibit cattle at the World Dairy Expo and compete in the World Forage Analysis Superbowl.

Jerad Noble is a sixth-generation rancher from Beaver County, Oklahoma. He holds both a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Education and Agriculture Business from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Jerad’s career in education has included teaching Vocational Agriculture at the high school level, and he currently teaches Career and Technical Education courses at a community college.
Jerad, his wife Becca, and his parents continue to operate their family ranch, which has been in operation since 1904. Guided by the belief “in the future of agriculture, with a faith born not of words but of deeds,” Jerad’s passion for improving livestock health and producing “the better things we now enjoy” drives his daily work. His innovative approach to utilizing Conklin Fastrack direct-fed microbials in range cattle and the Agrovantage system on dryland crops reflects his commitment to “progressive agriculture” and “less dependence on begging and more power in bargaining.”
Through both his teaching and his ranching, Jerad embodies the spirit of the FFA Creed—believing “in leadership from ourselves and respect from others,” and working tirelessly to ensure that the “product of our toil” continues to sustain and inspire future generations.
